A note to you from Dr. Kathy:
Yes, I want to to work with you, I honor you, and I can help you! That pretty much sums up my drive and motivation. I LOVE you and and the transformative work we can and will do together. When I design programs, I use not only the most up to date evidence based Western medicine practices, but also the ancient medical systems and arts that have stood the test of time (such as Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, plant medicines, and energetic healing). I keep a pulse on what I don’t know and always work with a team of the best clinicians, guides, and coaches to help with the treatments and plans of care when I see solutions beyond my expertise. I enjoy a lot of clients who see me on a regular basis for energetic and mechanical tune-ups, consulting, and special event prep.
The most common things I hear from clients: “I've been to a lot of providers. This is a completely different experience” and “ I don’t know how or what just happened or how you did that, but it was transformative and I feel better and more hopeful than I have in years.”
Kathy’s other favorite things? Anything in the sun, napping (also preferably in the sun), adventuring in the Sawtooth mountains and beyond, family, dogs, coffee, writing, day-dreaming, interior design, and being a House Therapist (feng shui practitioner for businesses, homes, & landscapes).
Random interesting fact? Dr. Kathy got to sit with the wild gorillas in the Ugandan rainforest!
